A fantastic lounge chair designed by A. Dolleman, manufactured by Metz & Co in the Netherlands around 1950. The chair features a very attractive minimalist design. The fine black lacquered metal bases are nicely curved. The seat and backrest are made of thick brown saddle leather, perfectly matching the structure, giving the chair an impressive style and a beautiful sense of luxury! An iconic minimalist Dutch design from the mid-century. The chair is in good condition, with minor wear due to age and use, and retains a beautiful cognac color and warm patina.
