This fully renovated Scandinavian free-standing three-bay wall unit in teak comes from Norway from the 1960s. It is a completely modular shelving system model called “Ergo, ” designed by John Texmon and Einar Blindheim for Blindheim Møbelfabrikk. The overall set size is H.: 203 / W.: 247 / D.: 35 cm. It features a practical sliding door cabinet with 4 drawers, another sliding doors cabinet with an inner shelf, a dresser, and a display cabinet with a characteristic pattern. Slightly curved cabinets make an organic, warm impression, and sculptural rails create an elegant and grand-looking statement. This piece is perfect for a living room, bedroom or even for a dining room. It creates a very decorative, sculpture-like effect. This shelving system includes: A sliding door cabinet with 4 drawers H.: 43 / W.: 78.5 / D.: 35 cm (drawer's height 8 cm), A sliding doors cabinet H.: 43 / W.: 78.5 / D.: 35 cm, A dresser H.: 43 / W.: 78.5 / D.: 35 cm (drawer’s height 10 cm), Four shelves 21 cm depth, Three shelves with sides 23 cm depth, 3 teak supports 203 cm high, Brass hangers. The unit has been fully renovated. All doors work properly and smoothly. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and finished with layers of satin lacquer identical to the original finish. Overall, it is in great vintage condition, with absolutely minor signs of use. We have over 200 vintage shelves from the mid-20th century. We offer them in various sets.
