Set of 8 dessert plates in ironstone. "Moroccan" model produced by the French manufacturer Saint-Amand and Hamage. Colours: white and dark blue. Years of production: between 1895 and 1920. Typical model of the Belle Époque. The name of the model refers to the Orientalist influences of the time (notably following the World Expositions), which inspired geometric friezes and arabesques reminiscent of the decorative arts of North Africa. Overall good condition (one plate in the set is chipped).
