A distinctive vintage Bauhaus table lamp attributed to Czech designer Josef Hůrka and manufactured by NAPAKO in Czechoslovakia during the 1940s. This elegant modernist lighting piece combines polished chrome-plated metal with a beautifully shaped white opaline glass diffuser, creating a sophisticated composition of geometric forms and contrasting materials. The lamp features a circular chrome-plated base supporting a tapered opaline glass shade. Above the diffuser, a wide, gently domed metal reflector is mounted on a curved tubular chrome support. The hinged upper reflector can be lifted to provide access to the glass diffuser and light bulb.
