Beautiful mahogany display cabinet in transitional style, glazed on all sides, enhanced by a curved glass door that gracefully follows the cabinet's rounded silhouette. The top is crowned with red Maine marble, framed by a fine openwork brass gallery, highlighting the elegance of the whole. The upper belt is richly adorned with a draped frieze accompanied by finely chiselled vegetal scrolls, giving the piece a theatrical and precious appearance. The uprights are decorated at the top with golden bronze floral drops, while each pane is bordered with a delicately carved frieze. The leafy lock entry, accompanied by its fitted key, adds a touch of functional refinement. The lower crossbar is adorned with a bronze decoration featuring scrolls, perfectly balanced, and the elegantly sculpted cabriole legs are embellished along their entire edge, extending the decor to the floor. The interior, consisting of three levels, is fully lined with deep burgundy velvet, providing a sumptuous setting for your precious items. This display cabinet brilliantly combines decorative opulence with fine craftsmanship, ideal for showcasing a collection in a refined interior. Period: early 20th century.
