Antique english earthenware copeland soup plate - romantic castle decor

This beautiful antique soup plate is made of 19th century english earthenware. It is a superb collector's plate made in england in the r copeland factory in the staffordshire region. Made of earthenware, it is decorated with a view of a ruined castle on an island, very romantic, in underglaze blue screen printing. In good overall condition, this plate measures 20.5 cm in diameter. It bears the hollow mark "copeland" and printed "copeland" and a diamond. I note discreet signs of use: cracks and scratches.
