Vintage brutalist armchair. Oak structure. Seat and backrest in braided cord. With straight lines and a reconstruction-style design, this armchair has a beautiful patina. The cord weaving recalls the creations of Adrien Audoux, Frida Minet, and Charlotte Perriand, among the most well-known. It also references Francis Jourdain, Giuseppe Pagano, Gino Maggioni, Enrich Dieckmann, and Niels Otto Moller… Wood, screws, nails, and cords. A chic and refined style. In very good overall condition.
