Small Balouch rug for laying down or hanging up. This very decorative rug is entirely handmade by Balouch nomads... This people live in a territory between Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan... Nomadic work from the 1970s. This rug is exclusively made from wool. The dyes used are natural, derived from minerals or plants. The field is decorated with scorpions and stylised flowers. A border made up of geometric figures frames the whole. The wool is extremely soft and of excellent quality. The rug is very flexible. This rug can be hung, a passage is provided for this purpose...
