This is a Turkish Dosemealti rug made in the mid-1980s, painstakingly hand-knotted on wool foundations with 100% pure vegetable-dyed wool. These are made in southern Turkey around the Taurus mountains near Antalya and have gloriously rich red tones and a soft finish. Excellent condition with minimal wear for its age. Cleaned and dusted fully for you to enjoy from the moment you receive.
