Beautiful teak sideboard, designed by Henry Walter Klein and manufactured by Bramin Møbler in Denmark. Born in 1919, this Norwegian designer studied in Copenhagen under Finn Juhl and worked for Bramin from 1960 – a collaboration that is among the most significant in Danish furniture design of those years. Klein's creations combine Scandinavian clarity with a personal, almost sculptural touch. The two large sliding doors in richly grained teak create a calm and continuous façade. The lovely pull knobs are set in a round recess embedded in the wood – a typical detail of Klein that keeps the surface intact. Solid edges with gently rounded corners frame the body of the piece, giving it a particularly refined, almost sculptural appearance. Behind the sliding doors are two compartments, each with a shelf. The sideboard rests on sturdy legs, with visible wood screw assembly that serves both as a structural element and a graphic detail. Condition: very good vintage condition – only a few light signs of use due to age. Warm teak tone with a beautiful natural patina. An expressive piece of Danish design for elegant living rooms and dining areas. Dimensions: approx. 185 × 45 × 79.5 cm (width × depth × height)
