Unique V.O.C model ship from tree trunk (fully handmade)

DESCRIPTION: A very, very unique model ship. This fantasy ship is made from a tree trunk cut from the seller's own garden. The ship was made by a grandson and grandfather together. The tree trunk comes from the grandfather's garden. Together they worked on this ship for 2 years, with chisel, milling machine, lathe, 4 pairs of hands and a lot of patience. The ship is inspired by two famous ships, the Batavia and the Zeven Provinciën, both well-known V.O.C ships from the 17th century (a mirror return ship). The ship is equipped with 3 masts and has extra sails on the bow and stern. It has many cannons, anchors and a beautiful stern. In short, a beautiful extra large model boat / extra large model ship of which you will never find a second. A nice item for the collector. DIMENSIONS: Length: 130cm Width: 25cm Height: 86cm. CONDITION: Almost perfect condition, at the rear sail I am not sure exactly how it should be, otherwise it has light traces of woodworm, which is not active.
