Antique mirror with gilded wood crests

Magnificent mirror with louis XIV style crests, late 18th century. In wood and plaster. Many visual defects (see photos), pricked ice, traces in the tain of the ice, shortcomings in plaster patterns. See photos. Varnished frame to protect the solidity of the plaster and moldings then repainted in gold. Because of its old age, the ice was reinserted in an angle and recalcitrant with wood and nails then the whole was protected by repair tape. The whole is solid, there remains a slight gap between ice and wood in this angle, see photos. 72 X 96 cm. 5 cm thick. Two hooks on the sides.
