2 beautiful and rare enameled earthenware plates signed hb quimper. Decor inspired by Breton embroidery and designed by pierre poquet (1900-1973) in the 1930s. "Embroidery" decor executed "à la poire". Color: intense cobalt blue and gold, the white, green, ochre, etc. dots and threads are in relief. Model: hb quimper 176 ph and hb quimper f.176 pk. Dimensions: small plate ø 18.5 cm. Large plate ø 25.3 cm. Good used condition (see Photos).
