This old carafe coaster is in reneka silver metal. Round in shape, it is decorated with an elegant net. It allows you to receive the carafe or bottle on your table, without leaving traces or drops on the tablecloth... It can be turned into a small bread plate. It is an original model produced by reneka, a 20th century alsatian firm. It was founded in 1919 and from 1927, it specialized in the production of silverware for individuals and the hotel industry. The quality of silvering is of good quality. In good condition, I note scratches from use and traces of oxidation. It measures 14 cm in diameter and bears the goldsmith's mark "reneka".
