Ancient scallop shell with large pink-spotted valves, mounted on a tripod bronze base with Napoleon III lion's paws. Ideal as a catch-all or soap dish. The shell is in perfect condition with no missing parts. The bronze has a dark patina, but it can be polished for a lighter tone. Height 15 cm, length 20 cm, width 13 cm, depth 7 cm.
