Its decoration, applied by transfer, represents architectural and landscape scenes in the spirit of 19th century Victorian pieces, revisited in the 1970s–1980s. With its beautiful capacity, its thick walls and its generous weight of more than 1 kg, this teapot exudes an authentic and robust charm, perfect for an English service or as a decorative piece in a cottage-style kitchen or dining room. Beautiful vintage reissue, most likely from the 1970s–1980s, made in the spirit of Victorian Blue & White teapots Stamped with the British royal coat of arms (lion and unicorn around a shield), widely used for markings of “Victoria Ware Ironstone” in the 1900s–1930s, then taken up again in the 1970s for decorative reissues. Length from handle to spout 25 cm, width 13 cm, height 14 cm Weight: 1.07 kg Very good condition, without cracks or crazing, well-preserved enamel.
