Vintage earthenware soup tureen Sarreguemines Derby series 1920 Blue and white

Superb earthenware soup tureen stamped sarreguemines. The derby series is dated around 1920. The piece features an illustration of a romantic scene alternating with a floral motif in dark blue tones. The soup tureen and its hat are in good condition despite its use. Pretty patina which makes all its charm, no cracks to report, slight chip on the underside but not visible (see photos). It is a very beautiful piece to use or display to add a classic french touch to your interior. Dimensions: diameter: 21.8 cm height: 24cm, height without lid: 13cm. Weight: 2.160kg.
