Statuette of the Virgin and Child in porcelain Old Brussels XIX and its niche

Beautiful devotional set consisting of an authentic porcelain statuette of the Virgin and Child from Old Brussels, dating from the late 19th century. It is presented here with its wooden wall niche in the shape of a chapel, handcrafted more recently (20th century), which serves as a protective case. The statuette measures 18 cm in height and has excellent stability, allowing it to be placed alone on a piece of furniture if you prefer to separate it from the support. The faces are delicately hand-painted, and the drapery still retains its original, vibrant gilding. The wooden niche has a hook on the back for immediate and secure wall mounting. The given dimensions are those of the niche.
