Decorative Fang-style mask (Gabon) – Carved wood, elongated face. Carved wooden mask in Fang style, with a slender silhouette and particularly graphic lines. Its narrow face, ending in a pointed chin, features large almond-shaped eyes, a long raised nose, and geometric patterns highlighted in black and ivory. A small carved protrusion crowns the forehead. The dark patina, contrasts of materials, and visible signs of wear give it an interesting sculptural presence.
