Aresbescato marble dining table by Eero Saarinen for Knoll

This dining table in Aresbescato marble was designed in 1957 by Eero Saarinen and manufactured in 2015 by Knoll International. The marble tabletop has a transparent polyester coating with a satin finish and beveled edge. It is in very good condition, with some slight scratches on the tabletop that are hardly visible. The Pedestal Collection by Eero Saarinen resolved the 'ugly, confusing, unrestful world' underneath tables and chairs. The collection is a defining accomplishment of modern design and a timeless addition to your home—a true classic. The 60-inch table seats 7-8 people. The base includes an attached sub-top, and the tabletop attaches to the sub-top with three screws. The base is heavy molded cast aluminum with white paint. The KnollStudio logo and Eero Saarinen's signature are stamped into the underside of the tabletop.
