Charles Schneider - Vase "Sorrel Leaves" - signed with berlingot - 1920

Very beautiful vase by Charles Schneider with the "Sorrel Leaves" motif. It is signed by the artist with his typical tricolour berlingot (see photo no. 5). It dates from the early 1920s. It is a multi-layered glass vase etched with acid. It is part of the "Sorrel Leaves" series, and its decoration consists of 6 stylised sorrel leaves in orange, green, and yellow hues. The background is satin-finished transparent white. Its shape is very balanced. It is in very good condition. Dimensions: Height: 29.5 cm. Diameter at base and top: 11 cm.
