Superb large Art Deco vase, very decorative. Roger Guérin (1896-1954) was a Belgian ceramist of the Art Deco period. He studied under Willem Delsaux and founded the cooperative company Poteries Roger Guerin in 1919. Known for his experimental salt glazing techniques and Art Deco decorations, he developed his business with his son Jules Guérin. His stoneware works are highly sought after and continue to be sold at auctions and in art galleries. Extremely secure and careful shipping worldwide.
