Folding chairs

Nice duo of folding chairs, they look a lot like the model created by aldo jacober in the 60s for alberto bazzini in milan. They are probably more recent. Very practical as extra chairs: folded, they are very flat, and will therefore easily be stored behind or under a piece of furniture. And once opened, their particular design makes them original seats. They are made of light solid wood, varnished, one seems to me slightly lighter than the other. Both are stable when sitting on them, but one has a small sway when it is empty. They are still solid but still show signs of their age and use: spots, marks and various scratches, and some splinters, the largest being on a rear pillar. Old marks of moisture on the feet of one, she must have seen the mop pass nearby more often than the other; ) holes of tendrils on the back of one, which I treated by injection of white vinegar. Folded, they measure 78 cm high by 46 cm wide and only 4 cm thick! Open, they measure 72 cm high at the backrest, 45 cm seat height, 36 cm seat width and 45 cm deep. They weigh about 4 kg each.
