Set of 6 Louis XVI style chairs with square openwork caned backs. Solid wood structure covered in white chalk paint showing a patina consistent with age and use. The seat is also caned. Tapered and straight legs characteristic of the refined style of the 18th century. Two canings have been restored, preserving the integrity of the whole. A coherent set intended for a dining room or characterful interior. We offer a selection of our items, mostly in perfect original condition or restored by our artisan cabinetmakers, upholsterers, and gilders. A selection of items to be restored is also available as we have a large stock. These items can be restored according to your desired finish by our artisans (choice of varnish, waxed furniture, chairs and armchairs with your fabric...).
