I am selling this beautiful authentic prayer rug made of wool, entirely hand-knotted. It features a traditional niche (Mihrab) geometric design, typical of nomadic artisanal productions (Turkmen/Baluch style). Its colours are rich and warm, dominated by a beautiful deep burgundy/garnet red, with accents of midnight blue and white and olive green geometric patterns. Material: 100% Wool (velvet, warp, and weft) Origin: Handcrafted work from the East. Dimensions: 120 X 80 cm (excluding fringes) Condition: Generally in beautiful vintage condition, with slight signs of wear that add to its charm and attest to its authenticity.
