Jacques adnet and guidette carbonnel coffee table 1950

Rectangular coffee table from the 1950s. Collaboration between Jacques ADNET and Guidette CARBONELL. The structure is made of blackened wrought iron with a lower X-shaped stretcher. The 8 enamelled lava tiles are created by the ceramist Guidette CARBONELL. They depict a bird motif dear to this artist. Collaboration described in the book "Jacques ADNET" by Les Éditions de l'Amateur, 2009. An exceptional piece by creative French artists from the mid-20th century. Some minor signs of use.
