Berthold Müller Mosaic and Brass Table

A mosaic and solid bronze table designed by Berthold Müller, crafted in Germany during the 1950s. The table features a diameter of 111 cm and a height of 56 cm. Berthold Müller (1893-1979) was a renowned German sculptor and muralist, specializing in sacred art and mosaics. He studied sculpture in Bielefeld and Berlin, developing an expressive style tied to religious themes. In the 1920s and 1930s, Müller exhibited internationally and created numerous works of sacred art. Post-World War II, he settled in Kressbronn, contributing to regional cultural life while continuing to create mosaics and sculptures. In 1968, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for his artistic contributions.
