A very beautiful pair of vintage tripod stools attributed to Adrien Audoux & Frida Minet, embodying a rustic, free, and deeply Mediterranean aesthetic that characterises their work with natural materials. 🌿 Their charm lies primarily in the very simple meeting of wood, intentionally left alive, and the thick seats made of woven natural fibre. No superfluous effects: the material, the artisanal gesture, and time create the entire decor. 🧶 The seats are particularly beautiful, made of generous and highly textured weaving, crafted in a spiral on top and in wide interlacing on the sides. Their thickness gives them the appearance of small cushions sculpted from the fibre. 🪵 The three wooden legs, slightly flared and all subtly different, retain their irregularities, nuances, and marks. These small variations give each stool its own personality and enhance their artisanal character. ☀️ The palette is superb: shades of straw, honey, sand, and patinated blonde wood, easy to integrate into both old and contemporary interiors.
