Pair of Louis XVI style wall lights from Lucien GAU, Paris - gilt bronze

Superb pair of Louis XVI style sconces, by the famous French bronzier: Lucien GAU. Manufacturer from the Faubourg Saint Antoine, in Paris. Manufactured in the second half of the 20th century. Made of bronze. Original gilding and patina, perfect condition. The sconces are decorated with laurels, acanthus leaves, bunches of fruit and foliage. Electricity installed and tested, new wires (for E14 bulb). Supplied with tulips, amber color, in glass paste; they are new. The manufacturing label is present on the back of a sconces (see last photo). Careful packaging ensured by Colissimo Recommandé to your home.
