Quimper pottery asparagus plate

A charming asparagus plate in vintage Quimper pottery decorated with a classic French flower motif. The enamelled earthenware plate features a traditional Breton floral pattern in shades of blue, red and green. It has a tank on one side with an elevated crest to hold the sauce for asparagus. The underside is signed HB Quimper and bears the initials of the pottery workshop and the artist. State: The French asparagus plate is in good condition with a slight wear. There are tiny flakes on the icing along the crest of the sauce tank. There are no cracks, shards or restoration.
