Mid-20th century modern Scandinavian chaise longue, model Contour-Set 327, designed by Alf Svensson for Ljungs Industrier AB, Sweden. This adjustable chaise longue offers three reclining positions for optimal comfort. It retains its original label under the seat and is in excellent condition. The original fabric features white embroidery, slightly worn in places. A reupholstery service is available upon request from our specialised restoration workshop, ensuring the preservation of its value and many years of enjoyment. It is also possible to use a local reupholstery service. Alf Svensson (1929-1992), a renowned Swedish furniture designer, was active from the 1950s to the 1970s, creating iconic pieces for influential manufacturers. His designs often utilised traditional materials such as teak, rosewood, and leather, embodying modern Scandinavian style.
