A sublime 19th-century ex voto of the Heart of Mary, made of finely chiseled silver-plated metal on one side. The heart is enhanced by a blazing flame, which is held in place by a hanging loop on the reverse. The flame unscrews to conceal a message. A rare piece with a superb patina. Size: 10 X 5.5 cm.
