Vintage desk lamp "Cocotte" Cosack Leuchten – 1950s

Authentic table lamp / modernist desk lamp from the 1950s, attributed to the German manufacturer Cosack Leuchten. A great classic of Mid-Century design. Materials: Tripod base (crow's foot) in original cream-coloured cast iron, slender curved brass stem, and a beautiful adjustable conical lampshade made of textured fibreglass. Aesthetic condition: Very nice vintage cosmetic condition. No major cracks on the lampshade, the patina of the brass and the base attests to its authenticity. The original push button is present on the base. Electricity: The lamp works perfectly, but it has its original wiring and plug. A change of the cable/plug is recommended for compliance with modern electrical standards and safe use. Ideal for retro, Scandinavian, modernist decor or to complement a teak desk.
