This is a lovely vintage 60s brass gooseneck desk lamp from germany. Made by sis, label under the base. Working, e27 socket. Height: 39cm shade diameter: 18cm condition: good, with two visible dents in the shade and some rust on the brass. Still worth collecting because of its beautiful design. Hence the low price.
