Scandinavian rope chairs by Niels Jørgen Haugesen for Tranekaer Denmark

Set of 2 Danish seats by Niels Jørgen Haugesen. Solid wood structure. Padded seats covered in leather. The minimalist and modernist frame is complemented by an angular detail at the seat and armrest. The backrest support is made of interwoven nylon cords which provides comfortable support. Produced in the 1980s, they are in good condition and only show a few signs of wear. They also have the original manufacturer's mark under the seat.
