Salvador Dalí (1904-1989) (after) New York City: Plaza. Color lithograph after the eponymous watercolor. Signed in the plate. On BFK Rives wove paper, 65 X 50 cm. Printed at the Mathieu workshops in 1981. Excellent condition. INFORMATION: Dalí created the New York City series in 1964 for Schneider/Wucua. He painted a watercolor proof of the plaza and gave it to J.P. Schneider. He then authorized Schneider to print it as a lithograph.
