This turquoise lounge coffee table on a brown tulip base by the famous Italian designer Aldo Tura is a masterpiece of 1950s modernism and a rare find in this colour! While the tulip base is generally associated with the iconic designs of Eero Saarinen for Knoll, Tura managed to develop the idea by covering the tabletop with his signature lacquered goat skin and giving it a marble-like finish! In very good condition with very few signs of age and use, this table has been masterfully handcrafted from high-quality materials, and the original Aldo Tura stickers are still present underneath the table.
