Art Nouveau metal pedestal with chiseled iris motifs and glasswork.

Magnificent bowl, Art Nouveau style centerpiece (circa 1900-1910). The object consists of a base and a metal structure with a beautiful bright gilding, richly decorated with floral reliefs representing iris flowers. It holds a removable glass/crystal container with a star pattern at the bottom. There are 3 tiny chips on the edge, but they do not affect the quality of this vintage item. Gold-plated metal mount, possibly brass, and cut glass container. No hallmark. The gilding is already very beautiful in its original state. Very good overall condition, well-preserved gilding. An elegant piece ideal for vintage decoration, as a centerpiece or as a fruit bowl. Diameter of approximately 20 cm, height 18-20 cm. 662g.
