Baccarat bottle and box, antique diamond gemstones in moulded crystal, signed.

This superb piece of antique toiletry set is made of signed Baccarat crystal. It consists of a perfume bottle and a lovely round box - powder compact, which can be used to store floral water and keep jewellery or cotton pads. It is the "diamond gemstones" model from the Baccarat factory, made of moulded crystal with diamond points enhanced with blue and gold trim. The powder box is signed "Baccarat" in stick letters within the mass, a signature used before 1900. It measures 12 cm in diameter and 7 cm in height. I note some small discreet chips. The bottle measures 5 cm X 12.5 cm in height - the stopper is broken. I also note signs of usage scratches.
