Service tray with silver metal belier 19th 77 X 52 cm

Very large silver metal top dating from the middle of the 19th century (1850-1860) A very characteristic decoration of the time (beginning of the reign of napoleon 3) where styles and decorations are mixed. Beautiful example here, with in the center a medallion and handles decorated with cross ribbon reflecting the louis XVI style, a decor of volute, acanthus leaves, 4 ram heads with angles from different styles. We will notice in the center of each side, a medallion with a representation of a woman and a man of notoriety. This tray is surely a wedding tray. Dimension: 77 cm with handles X 52 cm. Weight 5, 850 kg. Good condition, slight wear, some scratches, to clean (see photos).
