Collection Plate HB Quimper - "Maison Onno Pontivy" Edition - Painted

Quimper earthenware plate symbolising the history combining craftsmanship and Breton heritage. This plate is a special order from the famous Maison Onno, an institution in charcuterie in Pontivy. It bears the handwritten inscription on the back: "Offered by Onno Pontivy". At the time (1950s-60s), these pieces were given as prestigious gifts to the brand's partners. Characteristics & Authenticity: • Manufacture: Signed on the back HB Quimper (Hubaudière). • Artist's signature: Decoration entirely hand-painted, signed with the initials "RO". • Design: Superb floral decoration in bright colours with typical scalloped borders of Quimper. • Certification: Original label "Décorée Main" present on the front. Dimensions: • Length: 32 cm. • Width: 20 cm. • Height: Approximately 4 cm. Condition: The overall appearance is very beautiful and the colours remain vibrant. For complete transparency: the plate has some chips on the edge and a missing piece underneath at one handle.
