Here is a very pretty porcelain dish or platter decorated with stylized flowers, hand-painted and highlighted with gold. The colors are beautiful, a light blue and a cobalt blue that blend perfectly with the gilding. Underneath, it bears a mark indicating the Victoria brand with a crown and the words "art porcelain" and "hand painted." Several porcelain brands with this name and a crown as their emblem exist: Victoria Austria, Victoria Czechoslovakia, as well as an English brand. I would lean towards the English brand, as the crown design doesn't match the others. In any case, it's a very fine piece of work, high quality, with a delicately executed decoration. It's a rectangular dish with handles, suitable for presenting a cake, a frozen yule log, or small appetizers or desserts, but a small paper doily should be placed underneath, as it has a small pictogram indicating that it should not be used in direct contact with food. But it can also be a pretty receptacle for small accessories in the bathroom, or used as a tea tray, and why not as a wall decoration It probably dates from the 80s or 90s, in any case after 1982, the year these pictograms were created. It is in very good condition, no cracks, chips, not even a nick or scratch; the only sign of its age I see is a few small areas where the gilding is missing around the edge. It measures 46 cm long, 15.5 cm wide, and 2.5 cm high at its highest point.
