Set of 15 plates in hard porcelain from limoges by the georges boyer manufacture. The design is by the artist roch popelier born in 1935. The porcelain museum 'adrien dubouché' in limoges brought some of his pieces into its collections in 1956. The model is to be compared to the works of georges matthieu (1921-2012), a member of the lyrical abstraction movement. The dimensions of flat plates have not stopped increasing in diameter for several decades. These are 24 cm which confirms their age. After the second war, the size of plates began to increase the size of plates from 23 cm to 23.5 and then 24 cm and more during the 60s and 70s. Some have never been used, we do not see any trace of use, This set is in perfect except for a plate that has a breechure on the edge. The colors are bright and frank.
