Sculptural solid wood pedestal

Carved from solid hardwood, this rustic sculptural piece features a bold, geometric silhouette with a deep, warm patina. Its heavy square block base grounds tiered cylindrical shapes, creating a striking totemic profile that effortlessly bridges brutalist design and organic wabi-sabi aesthetics. The rich grain, visible checks, and natural distress highlight the wood's raw character and history. Exceptional as a standalone art pedestal, plant stand, or statement side table. The piece is in excellent antique condition with a well-preserved, rich dark patina throughout. Naturally occurring wood splits, grain checks, and surface wear reflect its age and raw craftsmanship. The solid hardwood construction remains completely stable, sturdy, and sound.
