Magnificent display buffet dating from the 1940s-50s, in modernist or late Art Deco style, probably of French or Italian origin. This elegant and rare piece stands out for its high-end finishes: Veneered wood with a chevron pattern, Tapered legs adorned with brass caps. Upper niche with a mirrored back, ideal for displaying objects or glassware. Lower section with a door revealing a large storage space with a shelf. Glossy lacquer finishes that are strikingly beautiful. Furniture restored with respect for its original authenticity, in generally good condition. The style closely resembles furniture by: Vittorio Dassi or Paolo Buffa (Italy), Jules Leleu (France), or anonymous French craftsmen making furniture in the Art Deco style transitioning to mid-century.
