Miniature vase in frosted glass by Jean-Simon Peynaud

Charming miniature frosted glass vase signed by Jean Simon Peynaud (1869-1952). Art Nouveau. 20th century. This miniature is an authentic work by Jean Simon Peynaud, a French artist and master glassmaker based in Bordeaux. The calligraphic Peynaud mark painted on the side of the vase unequivocally confirms its origin. It features an autumnal decoration of stylised holly or oak leaves finely painted in enamel in the purest Art Nouveau style. It is characteristic of the productions from his workshop active between 1910 and 1935, specialising in pieces with warm and misty tones. Intact vase in beautiful condition. Attention collectors.
