Garden bench made of wrought iron signed Arras, Imperial model from the Napoleonic III era.

Garden bench for four people in wrought iron and laced iron, model "Imperial," signed by the Société Anonyme de Saint-Sauveur-Arras, founded in 1848, with the riveted nameplate visible on the backrest. The seat and backrest consist of horizontal cylindrical slats ending in curled loops at the ends, characteristic of the Napoleon III style. The armrests feature wide volutes with double curls, and the legs are in fluted columns with molded bases, highlighting the ornamental care of the production. The central radiating stretcher ensures the structural rigidity of the whole, typical of Second Empire park furniture. Original patina: remnants of green paint, widespread rust oxidation on the entire structure. Item sold as is, without intervention. Consistency confirmed with the illustrated catalog of the period. Dimensions: H. 80 cm × L. 200 cm × P. 65 cm. Seat height: 42 cm. Weight: 40 kg. Excluding delivery.
