Very elegant antique buffet, made of oak, attributed to the late 18th and 19th centuries. Beautiful provincial work with two doors, featuring traditional construction and many original antique elements. Not all are original; there is a simple mechanism that allows the top to be opened and closed, which is not antique but easily removable. The back is paneled, with old fittings and a beautiful patina from use. Signs of age, restorations, and wear consistent with the age of the piece. Dating proposed based on observed manufacturing characteristics. Sold without a certificate of expertise.
