This fully renovated Scandinavian three-bay wall unit in teak comes from Norway from the 1960s. It is a completely modular shelving system model called “Ergo, ” designed by John Texmon and Einar Blindheim for Blindheim Møbelfabrikk. The overall set size is H: 203 / W: 247 / D: 35 cm. It features practical sliding door cabinets with an inner shelf, a display cabinet with a characteristic pattern, and two display shelves for vinyl records, pictures, or plates. Slightly curved cabinets make an organic, warm impression, and sculptural rails create an elegant and grand-looking statement. This piece is perfect for a living room, bedroom, or even a dining room. It creates a very decorative, sculpture-like effect. Additionally, the set’s authenticity is confirmed by the “Made in Norway” stamp on the back of the display cabinet. The set consists of: 2 display shelves for vinyl records H: 14 / W: 78 / D: 7 cm, 5 shelves 21 cm depth, 2 sliding door cabinets H: 43 / W: 78 / D: 23 cm, 2 shelves with sides 23 cm depth, A display cabinet H: 43 / W: 78 / D: 23, 4 teak uprights, Brass hardware. The unit has been fully renovated. All doors work properly and smoothly. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and finished with layers of satin lacquer identical to the original finish. Overall, it is in great vintage condition, with absolutely minor signs of use. We have over 200 vintage shelves from the mid-20th century. We offer them in various sets.
