Set of 5 French Pornic blue-grey & orange hand-painted 6-well oyster plates. Crafted in France during the 1950s, these oyster plates feature a stunning hand-painted grey, orange, and blue design with a glazed finish. Each plate has six wells that are perfect for serving oysters on the half shell, as well as other seafood delicacies, and a lemon-shaped well in the centre. The plates are from the famous earthenware factory in Pornic, France, and are stamped on the base "M.B.F.A. Pornic Peint à la Main." The plates are in good vintage condition with just light wear reminiscent of a used item of its kind. Some minor chips to the glaze on the underside.
